What's included

The ¥53,000 starting rate covers a minimum 8-hour hire with a professional local driver, fuel included for the agreed route. Tolls, parking, and attraction tickets follow the route and are charged separately — we itemise all of it in the quote before you commit.

Luggage

The boot takes 2 medium suitcases, plus hand luggage in the cabin. Four passengers with four large cases will not fit; for that combination move up to the Alphard/Vellfire or the Hiace.

Before you book

• Time beyond the 8 hours is billed hourly — tell the driver before the final hour starts
• Children under 6 must travel in a child seat under Japanese traffic law; give us their ages when booking so we can fit one
• Small route changes can be agreed with the driver on the day; major ones need a fresh quote
• For airport pick-ups, send us the flight number so the driver can adjust if the plane is late
• Cherry-blossom season, autumn, and the New Year period sell out early — book well ahead
