Luggage

The space behind the third row holds large suitcases for 5 passengers. With 6 on board what is left suits cabin bags only — if everyone has a large case, add a second vehicle rather than stacking bags across the sliding-door aisle.

Before you book

• Time beyond the 10 hours is billed per extra hour; Japanese rules also cap a driver's working hours, so very long days need to be discussed upfront
• Children under 6 must travel in a child seat — tell us their ages when booking
• Leaving the Tokyo area (for Fuji or Nikko, say) affects the rate; share the full plan so the quote is accurate
• For airport pick-ups, send the flight number so the driver can adjust if the plane is late
