You study at a Japanese Language School (Nihongo Gakko) for 2 years while working part-time delivering newspapers, on a shift system designed never to disrupt your school hours. You receive a tuition subsidy of around ±50,000 Yen/month, a steady income, dormitory accommodation, legal work capped at 28 hours/week, and a bonus once you complete the 2-year contract.
