Opened in January 2018, Meidaimae Ekimae is a newly built share house with 14 rooms, featuring a stylish black and white building. It's conveniently located a 6-minute walk from Meidaimae Station, a lively student town directly connected to Meiji University (2-minute walk). Meidaimae Station is highly accessible, being about 10 minutes from both Shinjuku and Shibuya, and also offering easy access to Shimokitazawa and Kichijoji via the Keio Inokashira Line. Limited express trains on the Keio Line also stop here.

The surrounding area has many affordable cafes and restaurants, with Family Mart (1 min walk), Ministop (4 min walk), My Basket (6 min walk), and Setagaya Meidaimae Post Office (1 min walk) nearby.
