Program Steps for Working in Japan in IT/Engineering

Here are the stages you’ll go through:

1. Consultation & Initial Registration
   Contact us and register. We will evaluate your educational background and language skills.

2. Japanese Language Training (if needed)
   For those who haven’t reached JLPT N3, we offer intensive courses (online/offline).

3. Interview with Japanese Companies
   We will match you with partner companies in Japan. Interviews can be conducted from Indonesia.

4. COE & Work Visa Processing
   We’ll handle all the paperwork to ensure you can go legally and safely.

5. Departure & Start Working in Japan
   You’ll depart under a formal employment contract, with additional on-site training provided in Japan.

Salary and Job Types

• Average starting salary: ¥200,000–¥300,000/month (approx. IDR 20–30 million)

• Job types: Support engineer, software developer, mechanical technician, network systems engineer, automation technician, and more

• Promotion potential: After 1–2 years of work and passing an advanced skills exam, you may be promoted to a full-time (seishain) position with a higher salary
